Wild Ones Greater Baton Rouge Chapter is centered in East Baton Rouge and serves East and West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, and surrounding communities in the Loess Plains region of southern Louisiana.

Our Wild Ones chapter Vice President, Allison Gianelloni, was recently featured in the Advocate newspaper for her amazing seed library project blooming in East Baton Rouge Parish libraries!

The little seed libraries are housed inside 10 East Baton Rouge Parish libraries, providing planting guides, community gardening events and free seeds for patrons to take home and grow their own food or to plant a sustainable, native garden. Our chapter donated native plant seeds for this wonderfully creative and educational program.
